Recently, Weijian's high wall plastering robot was successfully delivered at the Samarkand garbage incineration power generation project in Uzbekistan, and a systematic delivery training was conducted at the customer's project site. As a key strategic 

livelihood project of the Uzbekistan government, it has a tight schedule and high quality standards, which impose strict requirements on construction efficiency and process accuracy.

To ensure the true implementation and application of the equipment on the project site, Weijian dispatched a professional technical team to Uzbekistan to provide systematic training for the client team on theoretical knowledge, debugging and 

maintenance, construction process optimization, and localization adaptation of plastering robots. This overseas delivery abandons the simple equipment delivery mode and adopts an integrated training system of "theoretical explanation+project 

practice+problem review". The technical team guides on-site personnel hands-on to operate the machine, and optimizes the operation plan based on the project wall working conditions, connecting the "last link" of equipment from entry to normal 

construction.

The Weijian technical team optimizes the on-site construction supporting system according to local conditions, assists customers in building temporary water storage tanks in the mixing and plastering operation area, and ensures timely supply of water 

for mortar mixing and robot cleaning. At the same time, the team combines the characteristics of local raw materials to optimize the plastering mortar ratio scheme, guides customers to complete raw material screening, screen selection, and screening 

data control, and teaches on-site methods for determining mortar status to ensure stable and compliant quality of self mixed mortar.
